Duties: Understand customer goals and challenges and establish product as the best solution available Manage all technical aspects of a complex sell in conjunction with experienced field personnel Support the sales team through direct client interaction evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections throughout the sales cycle Be confident in presenting and articulating the business value of's Sales Communication Platform to managers and executives of all levels Assist with installation, setup and configuration of trial accounts Collect feedback from the field, synthesize and present to Product Management and Engineering Attend customer meetings in person and via the phone to advise customers on technical aspects of's Sales Communication Platform to fit the customer's needs Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management Deliver product and technical related responses on RFPs/RFIs Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently Qualifications: B.S.
