Ruger Single Six Satin Stainless 6.5" barrel fiber optic sights with 22MAG/22LR ammo in Provo, Utah For Sale

I have a Ruger Single Six, convertible between 22 lr and 22 mag, it comes with both cylinders. 6.5" barrel, incredibly accurate, and beautiful stainless steel finish, with rosewood grips. This is the satin stainless model, so it sells for about $70-$80 more than the blued finish single sixes.
It is almost new, I've fired about 100 rounds through it, and I still have 2 boxes (50 rounds each) of 22 MAG ammo that I would include with the gun for free, since 22 MAG is hard to come by these days.
I had a set of sweeeet Williams adjustable fiber optic sights installed, so the sights are awesome. It is so much fun to shoot, looks like a true cowboy style gun, with awesome sights.
Like I said, practically new, but I need to sell it to fund other things. I'm including 2 boxes of 22 mag, the hard box that it came with, and both cylinders, a 22lr and a 22 wmr (22 mag) cylinder.
Selling at a discount from what it would cost you to buy from the store. Buying it from the store it would cost you:
$550 (MSRP $639) for the gun, $35 sales tax, ~$55 williams sights, $30 ammo.
