This large spacious private room is located a couple blocks from UVU. It is literally a 10 minute walk to the school and has an easy access to the freeway as well. The room is big enough that I have been able to fit a small couch and a TV in the room as well. Makes for a cool little hang out place for yourself and guests. Has a big closet with lots of space and is furnished with a bed that has drawers built in underneath. The roommates are pretty easy going and easy to get along with. There is constantly activities going on so staying active very easy. It is also towards the back so makes for chilling out by yourself and getting away very easy as well. The room goes for a consistent $395 and the contract goes ends at the end of year and you can always renew if needs be. The $395 includes all utilities. I will transfer over my security deposit to spare you on at least $200 and make for your move in to be as smooth as possible.
