This is a private room ,unfurnished, in a four bedroom town house with a shared bathroom. The room is a good size, has a spacious closet, and it has a celling fan. As far as the people who live here we are all really easy going, respectful, clean and nice! Non of us are LDS, we all work/or go to UVU, and we are trying to find a good fit. None of us smoke cigarettes, and I'd like to keep it that way but hookah is fine :) I would prefer to have a student ,its not a must, but we do need someone who is around the same age.
